Vanilla Espresso Cashew Butter
- 2 cups of salted, roasted cashews
- 1 tsp ground espresso
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- Add the cashews into a food processor and process until a paste forms.
- Add in the espresso, vanilla and salt.
- Process for about ten minutes, or until your desired nut butter texture is formed.
