Vanilla Espresso Cashew Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of salted, roasted cashews
  • 1 tsp ground espresso
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add the cashews into a food processor and process until a paste forms.
  2. Add in the espresso, vanilla and salt.
  3. Process for about ten minutes, or until your desired nut butter texture is formed.
