Steamed Broccoli with Soy Mayo Dip
- 1 lb. broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Steam the broccoli in a steamer basket for 2-3 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender (not too cooked)
Meanwhile, mix together the soy sauce and mayonnaise.
Serve the broccoli with the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
