Spaghetti & Meatballs
- 1 Pkg Organic Edamame Spaghetti (or keto friendly pasta)
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 2 TB Tomato Paste
- Seasoning: Garlic powder, onion powder salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 TB Ketchup (sugar-free)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Seasoning: Salt, pepper, all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder
Prepare the meatball mix (ground beef, ketchup, egg, seasoning) by adding ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Use hands to mix is best to get everything blended.
Scoop parts of meatball mix into round balls. Put on a baking tray (lined with parchment paper). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Prepare the marinara sauce (tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasoning) by adding ingredients together in a medium pot. Put lid over and cook at a simmer for 20 minutes.
Prepare the spaghetti noodles per instructions on package. Drain and serve with the sauce and meatballs!
