Ingredients

  • 1 package of chicken breast (usually about a pound, 2-3 chicken breast)
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can Bush’s Grillin’ Beans (the Texas Ranchero or the Black Bean Fiesta)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
  2. Remove chicken and shred and add back to the slow cooker and stir well.
  3. Serve with chips, salsa, sour cream, cheese, or rice.
  4. Enjoy!
