Keto No Bake Recipe- Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut or almond flour
  • 50 g walnuts crushed
  • 50 g pecans crushed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp stevia extract powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • cup sugar-free syrup

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead with your hand until all the ingredients are well combined and compact.
  • Wet your hands with water or oil in spray and make 16 balls of about 2 tbsp each.
  • Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
