Keto No Bake Recipe- Peanut Butter Energy Bites
- 1 cup coconut or almond flour
- 50 g walnuts crushed
- 50 g pecans crushed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp stevia extract powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅔ cup sugar-free syrup
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead with your hand until all the ingredients are well combined and compact.
- Wet your hands with water or oil in spray and make 16 balls of about 2 tbsp each.
- Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
