Keto Fathead Churros
- 1 fathead dough recipe
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll out refrigerated fathead dough between plastic saran wrap into a rectangular formation.
In a small dish, mix the butter, cinnamon, and erythritol and spread evenly over the rolled out dough.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1-2″ strips and then twist each one before placing onto a sheet pan. Repeat for each one and then bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
Microwave the chocolate chips and cream in a microwave safe dish until fully melted, making sure to stir every 15 seconds.
Mix chocolate sauce until smooth and optionally add cayenne pepper for a more spicy taste.
Dip churros into chocolate sauce and enjoy!
