Keto Fathead Churros


  • 1 fathead dough recipe
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup erythritol

Chocolate Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll out refrigerated fathead dough between plastic saran wrap into a rectangular formation.
  • In a small dish, mix the butter, cinnamon, and erythritol and spread evenly over the rolled out dough.
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1-2″  strips and then twist each one before placing onto a sheet pan. Repeat for each one and then bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
  • Microwave the chocolate chips and cream in a microwave safe dish until fully melted, making sure to stir every 15 seconds.
  • Mix chocolate sauce until smooth and optionally add cayenne pepper for a more spicy taste.
  • Dip churros into chocolate sauce and enjoy!
