Instant Pot Ground Beef
- 1 cup Water
- 1-3 lbs Ground Beef
- our 1 cup water in Instant Pot.
- Place trivet in bottom
- Add frozen ground beef.
- Close cook on high pressure for 20 minutes for 1 pound, 25 for 2 pounds, or 30 for 3 pounds.
- Quick release pressure and test to see if center is cooked and internal temperature has reached 160.
- If not reseal and cook on high for another 3-5 minutes.
- Drain liquid and discard.
- Break up meat to crumbles.
