Hamburger Lettuce Wrap
- Ground Beef
- Tomato (sliced)
- Dill pickles
- Onion (sliced)
- Homemade Mayo (or Keto friendly Mayo)
Season the ground beef as you like (salt, pepper, all-purpose seasoning, etc) and cook in pan on stove until desired cooking level (rare, medium rare, etc.).
Mix together a little mayo (about 1-2 TB) with mayo (about 1/4 tsp) and spread over lettuce.
Place cooked burger on top of lettuce. Top with tomato slices, pickles, onion. Wrap lettuce leaves (use a few for each side – under and over) around burger and ingredients.
