Crock Pot Garlic & Honey Chicken Thighs
- 4 – 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Arrange the chicken thighs in the bottom of a 4 quart crock pot.
Combine the soy sauce,ketchup, honey and garlic in a medium bowl. Whisk to thoroughly combine. Pour over the chicken thighs.
Place the lid on the crock pot, set the crock pot to low and cook 6 hours.
