Crock Pot Garlic & Honey Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 – 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce 
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instruction:

  1. Arrange the chicken thighs in the bottom of a 4 quart crock pot.
  2. Combine the soy sauce,ketchup, honey and garlic in a medium bowl. Whisk to thoroughly combine. Pour over the chicken thighs.
  3. Place the lid on the crock pot, set the crock pot to low and cook 6 hours.
