Ingredients

  • 1 Rutabaga
  • Butter
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut up the rutabaga. Then boil in water for 20 minutes – until fork goes through easily, like a cooked potato.

  2. Serve with butter and salt, or mash with cream, butter and salt.
