Broccoli & Creamy Cheese Sauce
- Broccoli florets
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2-3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 oz Butter (4 TB)
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- Steam the broccoli (until tender). Drain and put in a serving (or baking) dish.
- Put remaining ingredients (for the sauce) in a medium pot and stir until creamy.
- Pour sauce over broccoli and serve – or refrigerate until later (bake at 350 for 15 minutes)
