Broccoli & Creamy Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets
CHEESE SAUCE:
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2-3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz Butter (4 TB)
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli (until tender). Drain and put in a serving (or baking) dish.
  2. Put remaining ingredients (for the sauce) in a medium pot and stir until creamy.
  3. Pour sauce over broccoli and serve – or refrigerate until later (bake at 350 for 15 minutes)
