Note, you will need 3 bowls or dishes for dredging
Peel avocado skin and slice long ways, evenly
Whisk cream and eggs together in one bowl
Combine almond flour and seasoning in one bowl
Add crushed pork rinds to one bowl
Dip avocado slice into the almond flour mixture coating evenly, then into the egg, then the pork rinds.
Place coated avocado slice into air fryer in a single layer.
Set air fryer at 400° for 5 minutes.
Flip avocado fries.
Set timer for 4-5 minutes. Remove.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or eat plain.
